01 / THE CHALLENGE

One visit passes through several hands.

A customer chooses a service and waits for a turn. A hairdresser needs to understand the next customer and the requested work. An owner needs a view across the salon. The product explores how those different needs can share a consistent token-based workflow.

02 / THE APPROACH

Give every role a focused view.

The customer experience supports service selection, stylist choice and a token journey. The staff experience focuses on the next customer and starting or completing work. The owner experience brings chair and queue visibility together. The supplied mobile prototype also explores a customer-supplied style reference workflow.

  • Customer service and stylist selection
  • Token and queue-oriented visit flow
  • Hairdresser view of upcoming work
  • Owner overview of chairs and salon activity
  • Customer-supplied hairstyle reference image workflow
03 / DEMONSTRATED OUTCOME

Three perspectives on the same visit.

The supplied project contains a desktop management demonstration and a mobile prototype for customers, hairdressers and owners. The mobile implementation includes localized labels for its original audience. Production scheduling, multi-user synchronization and messaging need deployment-specific validation. No measured waiting-time reduction or named salon deployment is claimed.
